These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://sikaicase.com (the "Website") and purchases made through the Website.
The Website operates under the SikaiCase brand. SikaiCase is a brand under SIKAI Global and is operated by:

By accessing the Website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1. Website Operator and Merchant
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the SikaiCase Website and online store are operated by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED.
This company is responsible for operating the Website and for merchant activities relating to purchases made through SikaiCase, including order processing, customer service, refund administration, and payment-related merchant operations.
2. Eligibility and Lawful Use
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
If you place an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into the transaction or are acting with the authorization required under applicable law.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and other information displayed on the Website are accurate and current.
Minor differences may occur because of photography, display settings, manufacturing tolerances, product updates, or other reasonable circumstances.
If we discover a material error affecting an order, we may contact you before fulfilment to provide corrected information and an appropriate option.
4. Compatibility
Many SikaiCase products are designed for particular device models, generations, dimensions, connector types, or product versions.
Customers should review the compatibility information shown on the relevant product page before placing an order.
If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your device, please contact us before purchasing.
5. Third-Party Trademarks
Apple, Samsung, JBL, Anker, UGREEN, Xiaomi, Huawei, Sony, LG, Roku, and other third-party names, trademarks, model names, and product names referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners.
References to third-party brands are generally used to describe compatibility.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, SikaiCase products are third-party accessories and are not original, official, authorized, certified, licensed, sponsored, endorsed, or co-branded products of the referenced device manufacturer.
6. Prices and Currency
Product prices are displayed on the Website in the currency selected or determined by the applicable Shopify market.
Prices may change from time to time. A change to a listed price will not normally affect an order that we have already accepted, unless required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error and applicable law permits the correction.
Where currency conversion applies, the final amount charged may be affected by currency-conversion services, payment providers, banks, or card issuers.
7. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges
Applicable taxes may be included, calculated, or displayed according to the destination, applicable law, and checkout configuration.

The payment record or transaction descriptor associated with a SikaiCase purchase may refer to SikaiCase, SIKAI, SIKAI Global, SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, or the applicable payment provider, depending on the payment method and provider.
If you do not recognize a charge that may relate to a SikaiCase order, please contact us with your order number, transaction date, and transaction amount. Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, or banking passwords by email.

10. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are handled according to our Shipping Policy.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is generally 8–21 business days, including processing and transit time.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers may generally request a return within 30 days after receiving the order, subject to the eligibility requirements and exclusions described in that policy.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear after submission depends on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory return, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
To investigate the matter, we may reasonably request information including the order number, photographs or video, shipping-label information, packaging information, or device compatibility details.
After reviewing the available information, we will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
13. Product Warranty
Most eligible SikaiCase products include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions and exclusions described in our Warranty Policy.
The limited warranty is additional to, and does not replace, consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Programmable Products, Software, and Downloads
Certain programmable keyboard or electronic accessory products may require software, drivers, configuration tools, firmware, or downloadable files.
Customers should review the operating-system, hardware, connection, and software requirements shown on the relevant product or support page.
You should use only software, firmware, or instructions intended for the applicable product model.
Software obtained from unauthorized third-party sources is not supplied or controlled by us.
15. Website Use
You must not use the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You must not knowingly:
- Submit false or unauthorized payment or account information;
- Interfere with Website security or normal operation;
- Transmit malware or harmful code;

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that the content is not knowingly false, fraudulent, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.

21. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Where applicable law permits a financial limitation for a claim arising from a particular order, our aggregate liability relating to that order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
22. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, government action, customs action, carrier disruption, labour disputes, utility or communication failures, cyber incidents, or major third-party platform outages.
This provision does not remove a refund or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
23. Sanctions, Export Controls, and Legal Restrictions
Products, payments, shipping, and services may be subject to sanctions, export controls, customs restrictions, or other applicable laws.
We may decline or cancel an order where processing or fulfilling the order would violate applicable law or a lawful restriction.

A delay or failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not automatically waive that right.

28. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the applicable product page, order confirmation, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy, Payment Policy, and any specific written terms applicable to an order, form the agreement relating to that purchase.
If there is a conflict, mandatory applicable law takes priority. After that, a specific written term agreed for an order takes priority over a general Website provision.
29. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage customers to contact us with their order number and relevant information so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.
Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, the courts of Hong Kong will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or a purchase made through the Website.
If you are a consumer, this provision does not deprive you of protections or court rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the applicable laws of your country or region.
30. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience.
If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
