Download the correct software for Windows or macOS, connect the keypad by USB for setup, assign keys and knob actions, save the settings, and then use the keypad by cable or 2.4GHz wireless connection.

Important: When configuring keys or knob functions in the software, connect the keypad to your computer with a USB cable. The 2.4GHz receiver is for normal wireless use after setup.

2. Launch the Software & Connect the Keypad

  1. Download the software for your operating system and extract the compressed file.
  2. Connect the keypad to your computer with a USB cable.
  3. Open the configuration software.
  4. Wait until the software shows “Device connected” at the top of the window.

3. Assign Functions to Keys and the Knob

  1. Click the key or knob action you want to configure.
  2. Click Clear to remove the current assignment if needed.
  3. Select the shortcut key or function you want from the function area.
  4. Click Save Settings to write the configuration to the keypad.

The saved key mapping is stored on the keypad itself, so you normally do not need to reconfigure it when moving to another computer.

4. Important Notes

  • Voice-input shortcuts vary by operating system and application. Set the keypad to the shortcut required by the app you actually use.
  • Use a wired USB connection when changing key or knob functions in the configuration software.
  • The included 2.4GHz receiver is paired with this keypad. Keep it in a safe place.
  • Keys and knob actions — rotate left, rotate right, and press — can be assigned separately.

5. How to Use the 2.4GHz Wireless Connection

  1. Disconnect the USB cable.
  2. Insert the included 2.4GHz USB receiver into your computer.
  3. Switch the keypad to wireless mode.
  4. Wait about five seconds for the keypad to connect automatically.

If it does not connect: try another USB port. On a desktop PC, also try a rear USB port directly on the computer.

6. FAQ

Why does the software still say “Connect the device with a usb cable”?

First use the included USB cable, then try another USB port. On a desktop PC, try a rear USB port as well. If the issue continues, test another data-capable USB cable.

Why does the voice-input key not respond?

The shortcut may not match your operating system or application. Check the voice-input shortcut used by your app, then assign that exact shortcut in the keypad software.

My app uses Alt, but the assigned Alt key does not work. Why?

Check whether the application requires Left Alt or Right Alt. They can be treated as different keys, so assign the exact one required by your app.

Why does Hold Mode not work in my app?

Input behavior depends on the application. If an app only supports tap-style triggering, use Tap Mode instead of Hold Mode.

Does this keypad improve speech-recognition accuracy?

The built-in microphone captures your voice, but recognition accuracy is determined mainly by the software or application that processes the speech.

Does the keypad save my voice recordings?

No. The keypad does not store audio recordings. It stores the shortcut assignments saved to the device.

Does this model support Bluetooth?

No. This model supports wired USB and 2.4GHz wireless connection.
