SikaiCase is part of the SIKAI brand family. Your payment may appear as "SIKAI" on your card or bank statement.

SikaiCase is a brand under SIKAI Global and is operated by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong.

This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed for purchases made through https://sikaicase.com.

Payment Methods

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region, currency, device, order value, and payment-provider availability.

SikaiCase is part of SIKAI Global. For operational, payment-processing, settlement, reconciliation, refund, fraud-prevention, and merchant-account purposes, payments for SikaiCase and other SIKAI Global brand websites may be processed centrally by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED or through merchant accounts operated by this company for SIKAI Global.

This centralized payment arrangement does not change the identity of the operator of the SikaiCase Website. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED is the legal operator and merchant entity responsible for transactions made through SikaiCase.

Payment Authorization

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Unrecognized Charges

If you do not recognize a charge associated with SikaiCase, SIKAI, SIKAI Global, or SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED, please contact us before assuming that the transaction is unrelated to your purchase.

  • The email address used for the order;
  • The transaction date;
  • The transaction amount; and
  • Any non-sensitive transaction reference shown by your payment provider.

Please do not send full payment-card numbers, card security codes, online-banking passwords, or payment-account passwords by email.

We will assist you in identifying whether the charge relates to a SikaiCase or other SIKAI Global brand order.

Contacting us does not limit any rights you may have with your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Airwallex, or other payment provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order, payment, delivery, product, refund, or transaction, we encourage you to contact our support team first so that we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it promptly.

This does not restrict or waive any right you may have to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other competent authority.

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payment services provided by Shopify, PayPal, Airwallex, card networks, banks, digital-wallet providers, or other third parties may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, verification requirements, and dispute procedures.
