Ordered one of the cable/tip combos, because I lost the USB-c tip for my cable. Got the packaging, and NO tips were included, at ALL.
I've sent two contacts to their "supposed support email" so far, got NO reply, nothing. Definitely would NOT order from them again, or use their products, moving forward, this was a truly disappointing experience.
